Ridgeline was started in 2003 by Tom Harwick, a third-generation roofer who grew up watching his grandfather work the rooftops of Hartwell. Tom believed that roofing done right — with proper materials, honest pricing, and no shortcuts — would always earn its own reputation. Within five years, Ridgeline had grown from a two-man crew to a full residential and commercial operation, built almost entirely on referrals from satisfied homeowners across central Vermont. Today, Ridgeline employs 22 full-time crew members, carries $2M in liability insurance, and holds a Vermont Master Contractor license. We’ve completed over 1,400 roofing projects without a single unresolved complaint.
